1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
A recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn, and I responded to his message. He got me a first round interview, which consisted of a total of 3 interviews. One with the HR person, who liked me the most and said that I was a good fit for the group and the company. The other two interviews were with people in the group themselves, who as it turns out, did not like me. I was told that it was purely a personality fit issue, not so much my answers, but they thought I would have clashed with the group.
