Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Very streamlined process and quick invitation with interview 2 weeks after the application. Dinner before interview day to mix and mingle with applicants and consultants. During dinner and interviews the culture of the firm became quite clear (only applicants with top grades and consultants seemed a bit nerdy).
3 interviews in the morning (all 1-on-1) and a mathematical test. Cases were mixed, partly number focused (you need to really be quick in calculating on paper or in your head) but also strategic.
Additional interviews in the afternoon if selected.
Feedback I received was that case solutions were not as creative as they had hoped for.
