Please describe the interview / hiring process.
As an advanced degree candidate the first round consisted of the PST (a problem solving test) followed by a group interview. The second round consisted of three interviews with mid level consultants. The final interview was in the NYC office and with 3 different partners. Each interview starts with a fit part and ends with a case. The process is very transparent and McK does it's best to guide you through it. Ultimately it all comes down to nailing all 3 cases in the final round. I did 2/3 and didn't cut it.
