Summer Analyst

I had a phone interview first. Standard fit questions mostly, one basic valuation question and two brainteasers. They then have you take an assessment test, with a verbal, reasoning, math, and personality section (take the practice tests to understand timing, but otherwise you can't really study). Final round consisted of two 1-on-1 interviews that were similar to the first: fit, basic acct. question and a brainteaser. The brainteasers and technicals weren't difficult. I spent most of my time talking about why banking and why macquarie - just make sure you are enthusiastic and original with these answers.
