Please describe the interview / hiring process.
1. Application
2. First round interview with HR
Basic questions regarding motivations etc including some brain teasers (detailed below) and technical questions. Seemed very relaxed and friend. If you did well, you were invited to do the psychometric testing later that evening.
3. Interview with junior staff (2-4yr exp)
Test was technical and more brain teasers, but fit also counted quite a lot. Got on well with my interviewers and they gave me some good hints for the following interview.
4. Interview with senior (head of team)
This was an extremely quick interview. Head basically said the staffers in the previous interview had vouched for me and she wanted to make sure we would gel. Interview took 10mins, we chatted about what I would be doing and whether I would like it etc. That was that.
