Received invite to telephone interview following initial screening. Consisted of competency/ motivational/ technical/ brainteaser questions.
Invited to psychometric assessment session at London office. Process lasted around 2-2.5 hours and involved verbal reasoning, numerical logical reasoning and personality tests.
Invited back for final-round interviews after passing all tests. Comprised of one 30 minute 1-to-1 competency interview with an associate followed by a 30 minute technical interview with a panel of 2 associates.
Received notification of offer within 24 hours of final-round interviews.
