Investment Banking Analyst

It was the on-campus interview with Macquarie. The interview consisted of standard fit questions: walk me through your resume, what did you do at your last internship, what project from the internship did you find most interesting, tell me about one group project experience, what have you been doing with xyz extracurricular organizations...The whole interview lasted for only 15 minutes, with not a single technical questions. Through the process my interviewer was clearly not paying enough attention, and when I asked him questions about the firm he didn't seem that enthusiastic about his work at all. Overall I had a pretty negative experience. Got rejected in the first round.
