Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Had an on-site, online assessment, followed by multiple days of interviews. Assessment was a mix of quantitative brain teasers, and personality/ethics/Myers-Briggs type questions.
Met with folks from both the Banking and Funds sides, as well as multiple groups (Industrial, Consumer, Tech I believe). Many were laterals, including a senior MD from GS. Interviews were generally 2 of them and 1 candidate. Be prepared to have an opinion soon after on what division/group you prefer, and for their unique interview style.
