Applied online, got a call shortly thereafter. Had a brief phone interview, really focused on what was going on with their group; nothing technical. Had face to face interviews with about 8 people, a mix of fit and technical. Nothing really difficult about the technicals, pretty standard. One of the guys seemed to dislike my background and disagree with how my current firm operated. I think this one interview sunk my chances, despite all the other ones going well.
