1st round on campus with MD
Superday at HQ with the rest of the team.
Everybody I met was incredibly friendly, nice, successful, and you could tell that they had good deal flow while not overworking everybody.
The senior people seemed to actually care about analyst development.
Anyway, typical interview questions at the superday. Decent mix of technical and behavioral, nothing out of the ordinary. The first round was a little unusual. More personal type of questions (e.g. An example of leadership, example of failure, etc. )
The process was fairly streamlined. Not too much anxious waiting for results. I would recommend you prepare like you would any other interview. They're a smaller office (~25ish bankers) so fit is crucial.
