Resume review: Blinded by campus
First round: Two 30 minute interviews, each with behavioral questions and a case
Second round: Two 45 minute interviews, each with behavioral questions and a case, plus one 15 minute presentation based on 10 slides of project data (60 minutes to prepare the deck at the beginning of the round)
Deliberately structured to be hands off and merit based recruiting process with minimal pre-funnels for "favorites" thus can feel a bit colder than other consulting firms during initial part of recruitment
