Please describe the interview / hiring process.
-reached out to a current employee; he threw my resume in the pool
-got a phone interview, 30 minutes with an associate, 30 minutes with a director
-flew me out for the superday, which consisted of:
-30 minutes to build an income statement with written guidance (pretty easy)
-3x 30 minute interviews thereafter
-1st interview with a cool guy (director) - something to note was that he gave me a page full of errors and asked me to circle what i could spot out as wrong
-2nd interview with 2 analysts in the group - went horrible, very impolite and dismissive
-3rd and last interview with a director who was very dry and didn't have much to say
