Summer Investment Banking Analyst

I had an employee refer me to the firm. I was contacted about a first round phone interview, and it was conducted with a few analysts from the office. The office is very small and healthcare focused (8-12 bankers), and they also recruit on a number of southern campuses, so I have to imagine that it will be very competitive. I was shocked by how few questions I was asked, but overall nothing too bad. I have not heard yet regarding further rounds.
