Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied very late, deadline day if I remember corectly. The online application consisted of 4 standard competency questions, followed by numerical and verbal reasoning tests.
Heard back within 2 days asking me to schedule a first round interview.
The interview consisted of 3 tasks:
1. Summarise a deal between two companies. Pretty simple.
2. Numerical re-test
3. HR interview - fit based. (Why Lazard? Why banking?) Look out for the "Tell me about a time you showed integrity?"
