1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Interview was done by one associate and one VP. The interview was very technical - lots of accounting questions, impact of hypothetical changes to financial statements, and questions about how to forecast items in making projections. Also some capital structure questions about why businesses might be capitalized the way they are, and what you would look for when analyzing a balance sheet.
