What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview

2 tests: math and logical
4 interviews (Analyst, VP, Associate, Director)
Analyst, associate and VP interviews included many standard behavioral and technical questions (e.g. valuation methods, WACC, CAPM, DCF, levered and unlevered Beta, how to calculate FCF?, what is NWC? how is it calculated? what about net debt? how do you calculate that?)
Director interview was strictly behavioral (why Lazard? why M&A? why not a BB?) -> be sure to mention the advantages of a boutique (e.g. independence, more exposure as a junior etc.)
All interviews were held at the same day (approx. 4 hours), they gave me feedback the next day and I accepted the offer.
