1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
KPMG's interview process was very laid back. No technical interview questions were asked. All questions were either behavioral or resume-related. I had one on-campus interview with a Senior Manager who was a Villanova alumni and a second round interview with a Partner at the NYC office. The entire process felt as though KPMG was trying to sell itself as much as they were trying to "screen" intern candidates.
