Big 4 firms recruit at a lot of schools. You can usually get a first round interview if you have at least a 3.4 and good work experience / school involvement. First round interviews are on-campus early each semester and consist of (usually) of a 1-hr interview with a manager. Find out if you get second round interview within a week. Second round interview about 2-3 weeks later at the office you are applying for. IT's usually a day-long process where you get to speak with associates in the morning / ask questions / get a tour, and then interview after lunch. Usually two 45 minute interviews with managers / sometimes directors / partners. WIth Big 4 firms, unless you are applying for a very specific position, they will ask you nothing technical.
