Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I initially applied for the position through OCR at my school in 2008 and received an email from JP Morgan. After communicating with them I was setup with an initial interview along with others. When I arrived there were at least 10 others there and we were all interviewed one by one by the same guy I believe. It lasted about 30 minutes and that was it. It was a very laid back interview and there was no hostility or gotcha questions. I know this is dated, but that was my last experience in finance since I took a job in a non-finance sector after that and am looking to get back now.
