What did the interview consist of?
Group Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Panel interview: one MD and one associate. Mostly technical questions. Stock pitches, current interest rates, recent M&As. I should have shown more passion and defended my opinion when the interviewers didn't agree with me. Looking back I think they were trying to seem mean to see how I handle pressure. No questions about the company or why JPM. Advice: brush up your technical knowledge and try to look confident.
