Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied through OCR and did a phone interview with an analyst asking some basic behavioral questions. Got invited to the office where a met with a total of 6 people in four 30-minute blocks. Two 1-on-1's with bankers and two 2-on-1 with Analysts, Associates, and VPs. Be ready for mostly behavioral questions - they want to see genuine market interest. Have 2-3 stocks to talk about deeply and know what is going on in the global economy. Obviously read everything you can about JPM, and take note of what their stock is trading at that day. Be sure you know what Private Banking is so you can form some good questions.
