Structuring Internship

I applied in October 2012 online. Was called in April of 2013. I never thought I'd be called after such a long time. There is no phone interview. The first round you go there and you have two one-on-one competency based interviews lasting 45 minutes each. The HR was very helpful during the entire process and also flexible regarding the scheduling of the interview dates.
The interview process was at their headquarters in London in Canary Wharf. When I went there I started the first interview with a very friendly guy. It was a very relaxed conversation regarding the economy in general and other broad topics. It was a very pleasant conversation. He explained what he did, and I explained what I wanted to do. The second interview was more stressful. I could see that the interviewer was trying to put me under pressure. She had a list of questions prepared and thus the process was concentrated on specific topics and I could not wander off like in the first interview. However, overall I very much enjoyed both the interviews and the whole process.
