Spring Week participant

I applied to J.P. Morgan for their Spring Week: Inside the Industry Programme, which is a week-long programme for first year undergraduates and is focused on their IB Division. I applied in mid-December and was asked to complete their numerical reasoning test about a week later. I received an invitation on the 31st of December for an on-site interview which took place in mid-January. I had two interviews with two associates - both in the M&A business, and they were both really friendly and relaxed. The interview took place in J.P. Morgan's EMEA HQ on Canary Wharf and the facilities were very nice.
