Please describe the interview / hiring process.

I applied online for the Launching Leaders Program (for URM applicants) around October, had two phone interviews and was invited to a superday in NYC in November. I had four interviews while there and three were 2-on-1's. I received the offer a few days after the superday. Overall, everyone seemed humble and had a variety of interests outside of work. For example, I talked about skiing and traveling with an MD for the last 5 or 10 minutes of an interview.
