Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Being at a target school where J.P. Morgan Chase comes to campus to recruit makes the process much easier. When they came to campus freshman and sophomore year I spent a lot of time networking with the folks that came to campus to gain some familiarity with them. There are incrasingly number of applicants each year so getting an interview is getting harder. If you get an interview the process wasn't too bad. I had a 30 minute one on one interview with a member of HR and an investor from the Chicago office. (Please note this was for the internship which resulted in me getting an offer for full-time). Questions were split between behavioral HR questions (tell me about a time you...) and questions guaging my interest on the markets and why JP Morgan private bank specifically.
