Interview Details

What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Originally I had a phone interview with two Private Banking analysts. That interview was more fit, what did I know about the company, and why I wanted to do Private Banking. After moving on from that interview, I had another interview for a position in Melville, NY. It was not my choice for location. I then had an interview with the MD who ran the analyst class, and while that was fit as well, he went into the markets, and wanted to make sure I knew what drives the market. Advice I would give would be to know why you want to go into private banking over another position as well as know everything there is to know about private banking at JP Morgan. You will probably have to do a few stock pitches as well.
