Off-Cycle Internship

First round interview consisting of generic soft skills questions plus one slightly more analytical question that consisted on estimating the number of people that travel between Edinburgh and London per day.

Second round consisted of basic case study followed by a very intense mock meeting where you are advising a client based on the information in the case study. Client acted disinterested and proceeded to shout at me. Clearly testing how you act under pressure.

This was followed by 7-8 interviews with different desks. They sent people home throughout the day if no desks were interested in them. I made it to the end but still did not receive an offer.

Overall process was smooth but huge criticism in that they absolutely refuse to tell you what desks you are interviewing with until you get there which is completely ridiculous. I had very little interest in many of the desks that interviewed me.
