It took 2 to 3 months for them to invite me to an interview (assessment center), by email. We were 8 and some other candidates from France could not be there because the eurostar was stopped becaue of the snow. So we were 7 french and 1 from Holland (they asked him to come another day but he could not, so I guess they try to organise interviews by nationality, I even got an interview in French). They were nice people and we spoke with fresh analysts, the atmosphere seemed very friendly. They called me 1 week later for a feedback but I could not answer, so I tried to call them back during 2 days but never succeded, and I then learnt that phone calls meant refusal. So I gave up.
