Please describe the interview / hiring process.
AC day:
- Two one-on-one interviews which will consist of some technical/brainteaser questions and motivational/fit questions.
- There is also usually a group discussion which is observed by assessors – the key here is to show that you can argue your points but also that you can work in a team, so speak up but don’t overshadow anyone else or press your points too hard.
- There might also be a networking lunch with the other candidates and JPM employees – this is just to get a feel for who you are as a person with regard to fit etc
