First round on site, Monday/Tuesday. Pre-superday dinner, Thursday night. -4 hour superday on Friday morning. Typicall you apply on campus, or try to get an introduction by contacting someone inside the bank and passing your resume along - if you are very sharp and driven, you might have a shot as a non-traditional hire.
