What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview

Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Screened through school's online career management server. Signed up for an interview time slot and the works.
Interview was an hour long, broken up into two 30 minute interviews with two different people (one younger employee and one older employee).
Mostly basic behavioral questions, "Why JP", "Tell me about yourself/run me through your resume" (tell me more about...), strengths and weaknesses, "Why should we hire you?", "Time when you demonstrated leadership"
Only one technical question and it was pretty easy, basic accounting formula, A=L+SE and they told me a transaction and how it would effect it.
That was about it, tried to make small talk with both interviewers (one went to same college, other was a fan of the same football team)
