Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The process involves several phone interviews and then a super day in NYC. People from different groups will call and they might not inform you in advance which group they are from. You might want to ask them in advance since I thought I was going to interview for one group and it turned out the interview was for another group which I did not prepare.
