Applied online. After a few weeks I received a call to schedule a phone interview. Phone interview was just about fit and why asset management. Few days later got a call to come to the Frankfurt office for an interview, It started with your regular number test (20 minutes, 20 questions), and an essay about an economic topic (also 20 minutes). After that 3 one on one interviews (2 MDs and 1 VP). They were all about fit, no technical questions. Did not go to the second round.
