I did an initial phone screening with HR. Following that, I was called back for a Superday. The Superday consisted of eight 1-on-1 interviews. I was from a humanities background, so almost exclusively the questions were fit-based. They really grilled me on my reasons for doing investment banking given my non-traditional course of study. Following the super day, I sent thank you notes and received several positive indicators back. I received an offer formally one week later.
