Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The entire hiring process was very short, only less than 1 month. I got two phone interviews with one two associates. Both of them are really nice, and then didn't ask many hard questions. Questions are mostly about resume, with emphasis on past working experience. Also, they want to know your motivation to join IBD. I was given a scenario test at the end of my first phone interview, asking if your client CEO refused to pay enough for a spin-off, what would you do.Final round was 5 one-to-one interviews, not very hard.
