Reached out to an alumni who screened my resume and made sure that I truly wanted IBD and that I was prepared. Sent me through a referral process. Had one 1-on-1 and one 2-on-1 phone interview. First with analyst and then with VPs respectively. Very technical. Barely any behavioral or fit type questions. Was then invited to a superday in NYC. Superday consisted of three interviews. Two 1-on-1s and one 2-on-1 with individuals from analyst to associate.
