Investment Banking Summer Analyst

Received a first-round interview through my University's OCR. Had a first-round on campus. They ran through some basic fit questions and some basic technicals. Really hit it off with my interviewers, and they hinted that I would be hearing from them soon. Received a call a few hours later inviting me to a dinner that very night at a local restaurant. Attended the dinner, where about 10-12 of my peers were in attendance. Chatted about interesting stuff (non finance related), enjoyed the dinner, and the VPs/analysts/associates invited us out to drinks afterwards at a bar in a very "you should come" sort of way. It was an extremely casual affair. Received a call the next morning with an offer.
