What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied via the website and was invited for interviews at the office. I had four interviews, 1 with an Associate and 2 with Analysts. The first one with the Associate only discussed the fit side and stuff like "Why M&A". The analysts asked mainly fit, motivational and some technical stuff. The last interview was held in english and was the shortest one as I guess it was mainly aimed at finding out whether I can speak English properly.
