Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview is all mathematics-based. You will get a lot of probability-based questions. Be sure to brush up on mental math and be able to explain your reasoning on statistics and probability.
I got the interview through my school's recruiting system. The first four rounds are over the phone and last around 45 minutes to an hour.
The final round is in-office. They hand you 100 poker chips and you're expected to bet them on your answers. Make sure to take only bets with positive expected value. The tricky part is estimating your confidence intervals and probability that you're correct.
