Interview Details
I got into contact with the PwC recruiter for my school through a business case competition hosted by them on campus. I went through with a handful of different corporate events (dinners, externships, shadowing) until I eventually got an interview for their sophomore leadership program (Elevate). Participants for this program come out with an offer for next summer's internship for either Assurance and Tax, depending on preference. What many people don't know, however, is that if you are proactive and ask the right people, they will place you in the superday interview pool for next year's TS or Management Consulting group's recruiting. That way, you have a fall back option in the Assurance group while having an automatic superday or two for the following year. This should make for a much more stress-free recruiting experience come junior year.
2. Interview
The interview itself was pretty standard and was comprised of 100% fit questions.
