Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Initial convorsations began at informal "Get to Know the Firms" event where you make face time with the recruiters, other opportunity existed with on campus sponsored case competitions etc (Do those, I worked with recruiting a lot when I was at PwC, we do notice who does well and does not in these competitions). With a decent resume you will be offered an opportunity to interview on campus. Campus interview is almost strictly behavioral and conducted by either a) local area partners b) local area managers c) some blonde from recruiting. Find a common thread, seem excited about coming to the firm (not accounting per se, these people do this all day don't tell them how interested you are in 704(c) allocations) and attack the commonalities. Smile and come across as someone that person could foresee doing some late nights with, and sharp enough and eager enough to be able to learn something when you get there. There's an office visit that follows, it's more one on one interviews that again are all strictly behavioral. Steel your nerves and don't burn the place down and you should be ok.
