Started with a phone interview asking basic questions about the company then about the market. Was brought in a month later and sat in for a math test, trading simulation, group exercise and 2 on 1 interviews. After that did not hear for a while so I ended up being asked back a few months later to review other positions and meet other people in the company. That time I had a 6 on 1 interview followed by sitting on the desk with a few people to shadow then I had another 2 on 1 interview followed by sitting with 4 people on the desk. Finally I was asked in for a final round interview to meet with the heads of departments and HR. Entire process was over 10 months. I would advise anyone interviewing to be patient with the process and network. I was able to sit with a personal contact who had been at the firm for twenty years. There were very nice people but ended up being told I was too analytical for the role. (Nice way of saying no).
