Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Included a hard finance-related maths test at interview. HR were very good, friendly. Met a broker in the lobby who seemed stressed but offered me some advice for the interview as he told me a few questions that they would ask. interview was 2:1 plus maths test plus group presentation about a company who ICAP were thinking of acquiring.
