Interview Details

Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I went through the graduate position process, and was told "we want to hire you, but don't have enough tickets." I thanked the recruiter and asked her to keep me in mind for other positions.

I was then invited to interview for the intern position.

This consisted of a phone interview with general behavioural questions, and also two further face to face interviews. Generally the face to face interviews would be done one on one, but because the team was at client sites at the time, the interview was split.

One interview was focused on a formal list of questions, which IBM staff are required to interview from, and one was more informal of a discussion.
