Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied a week before the deadline and then got a call from Malaysia I think. It was a phone screen, which I thought didn't go that well due to the poor quality of the other end of the line. I was then called for a first-round interview with HR based on my resume and my fit with the position. This was pretty relaxed. The second-round interview was with the area manager. I didn't really have the technical background for the role but I was able to leverage my experience and motivation to learn to get the role. The second-round interview was also fit and included numerous behavioural questions.
