Please describe the interview / hiring process.
For the Graduate Role, we had a phone interview, than psychometric testing, then another informal phone interview, then an assessment centre which consisted of a group presentations to decision makers, face to face interviews where we did individual pitches, face to face one on one interviews, lunch and also a presentation and watching videos by the company.
There were not enough positions available, but by remaining in contact with HR, I was later offered an internship.
