Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I had a screening phone interview with an HR rep. Then they invited me to come to DC for a weekend. We had a dinner with other interviewees, then the next day we had three 30 minute 1 on 1 interviews. We all had two behavioral interviews (generic questions about why consulting and relevant work experience), and one case study. The case study was exceptionally simple by most consulting case study standards.
