What did the interview consist of?

Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interviewing process started with a phone interview that asked basic personal questions about my resume and why I wanted to work for the firm. They then informed me that I would be having a superday that consisted of 7 interviewers each getting 30 minutes to interview me. The first 3 were analysts who were more easy going and then once more senior people began to interview it got very technical.
