What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied via the website and was invited to interview at their office. I had two interviews there, one with an MD and one with an Analyst. The MD gave me the 3 statements of an unknown company (blacked out the name) and gave me the task to calculate various financial metrics as well as coming up with a good explanation for what industry the company is active in. The second interview with the Analyst was all about DCF and WACC and the drivers of each.
