Please describe the interview / hiring process.
- 30 minute first round interview involving a mix of technicals and fit.
- Second round consisted of a super day at the firm's office meeting 6-8 individuals for 30 minutes each. Most interviews had a mixture of fit and technicals, with some brain teasers thrown in. Generally it was a very relaxed environment that was more collaborative than stressful, which I found refreshing.
